I can honestly say that I love living here. I previously moved from Durham, NC in which I lived in an awesome apartment with wonderful neighbors and leasing staff everything was great. But here on the other hand, the person that lives upstairs definitly does not have a job she is up all hour of the night and it sounds like she is dropping a big screen TV on the floor which scares the heck out of me. Somebody has a dog thatis not trained not to poop in front of my door, and that makes me an angry neighbor. I must also say that the carpet is cheap and old stains from previous tenants will reappear. If you get off work after 6pm good luck with parking.
On the other hand the apartments are huge with plenty of light. I love my garden tub.The rest of my neighbors are very nice with well respected children. I love the free washer and dryer. My light bill is cheap. The place is just beautiful and working for the school system get you a nice discount. The exterminator comes often and that helps because I am terrified of bugs so that's is not a huge problem. But again you be the judge of what is important.
