We moved into one of the townhouses. The area is nice and kept clean. Our only issue was the parking really. But that's not completely the fault of how they built it. A number of residents in our area had unused vehicles they kept in the extra spaces, trailers, and some people had more than two cars.
A huge factor in our decision was the fact that they do already come with a washer and dryer, which we never had problems with. The high ceilings and good sized closets were also a plus.
We ended up having to cut our lease early and they were very helpful and understanding about it. There weren't a ton of fines or anything like that. Just, as a good rule of thumb, get things in writing just in case there is an issue later.
