Our son rented a townhome for about 3 years. He moved last summer. During that time he found the office staff not very effective. He did not like to ask them for anything or report anything because they did not always follow thru. He moved in July of 2007. Just this week as co signers on his lease, we received a notice from a collection agency that money was owed. We or our son had never received anything from the apartment complex that there was additional money owed. When we tried to get that information, we were told we had to get it from the collection agency. When I called about this they were not forthcoming with the information either. So far I have not received it. I did pay the amount owed because it was for damage to the apartment. It was not a large amount and I did not wish to have my credit damaged. If you decide to rent a unit in Falls Creek, be certain that you have absolutely everything in writing, especially when you leave. My son's unit was not inspected with one of us present and then we never received anything in writing following his move. This apartment complex is managed by Tristar Management. So look for their name on other apartment complexes.
