I have lived for 35 years in several states as an apartment renter and have never been unhappier as my 5 months at Falls Creek. I have read all the previous posting here and want to ad my voice to the long list of unhappy renters who call this place home due to the tightly written legal rules within a lease. The list frequent police visits, poor construction allowing noise above & beside, dogs barking / pooping, parking, unauthorized pool visitors at any hour, promises made by onsite management but broken, the list goes on buy I am sure you get the meanings...
