I have been with falls creek from feb 2007 and it has been a really good experience. First of all, I appreciate the fact the management (alice) has been real friendly and could help us in completing the paper work the very next day. We used to live in town home and then moved to 1 bed room with den as the town home was too big for us. We (my wife and I) really enjoyed our stay at both the places. The parking was right infront of townhome and I found the parking 100% whenever I needed and in the same spot (right infront of my townhome). If someone says he/she lives in the town home and does not find a parking spot, pl dont believe them. You might have to park few feet away from your apartment esp in the weekends. This has been my experience with the 1 bed room apt parking and we are fine with it and we have 2 cars. Hey, I am ready to park and walk few feet instead of bearing with a tough management and unfriendly people around me. The only thing that i didnt like is that they have been increasing our rent very often as currently we are on monthly lease as our lease expired .. but, that's the price we pay for convenience.
