I have been a resident for 2 years. This is the first time I haven't had a roommate. I was shown a poolside patio and immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and garden tub. I was a little apprehensive as a single woman and living on the first floor but I feel safe and generally have no worries about walking to my apt from my car (parking can sometimes be an issue, but walking 10 parking spaces can't hurt you). I've seen a few cops patrolling but have never seen them come by because of any issues. The office staff is pretty helpful and friendly. I do have a small issue with the maintenance staff. They don't seem to fix things right the first time. They might try something in order to save money but then will not actually fix the problem if needed. The appearance of the buildings/grounds could use a little help (a good cleaning/spray down and more trash pick up on the grounds and by the trash compactor). But overall, I think the place is still decent and I intend on renewing my lease if they don't raise the rent too much on me.
