I just have to say that I have lived at Falls Creek for 2 years and I love it. My townhome is very spacious and I never hear my neighbors. If I have an issue the office and maintenance staff are right on it! My rent is very reasonable as I have called around for other apartment pricing and have found that out. I have and will continue to recommend friends to live at Falls Creek. I also feel that the review below about the teenager being shot was unfair because it did not occur on the property nor did it involve a resident of the property.
