I just wanted to comment on the some of the one particular review of this community. Obviously, the person who posted the comment titled "My how things have changed...," must have really favored the old management staff, and didn't give the new management staff a chance. I, personally have had nothing but professional service from the NEW office staff, INCLUDING the new manager. ALOT better than the last manager, which was NEVER there, I might add. As for the rest of the staff, they were showing alot of favortismn to the "special residents." They made me feel like I was just an apartment number, and not a part of a community, and always seemed busy eating, or talking on the phone to address any concerns that I might have had. One day I came in the office and noone even acknowledged I was there. HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT'! So, in closing, I'd like to put a void on the earlier review and let everyone know that The Four Seasons is the best place on earth to live, with a warm, home-like feeling. I actually feel like PART OF A COMMUNITY, and not just a "tenant." The new management staff treats everyone equaly, and with alot of respect, as expected. I give it two thumbs up! I'm glad the old staff is gone, and I question the reason they all left at the same time''' Something didn't seem right about that when I heard.
