I really liked the different layout of the apartment and the girl I leased from was so helpful, I signed the lease and moved in. Too bad my next door neighbor played his music very loud, all the time. I am a bartender, so I would not even be home to notice Friday or Sat. night parties, but this was like tuesday 10am parties! My neighbors diagonal from me eat McDonalds every day and their kids drop a trail of fries up and down the stairs that the parents just leave their. The immigrants on the second floor I think run a laundry facility, and there is always a very bad odor coming out of their dryer vent. When I complained about bags of trash in the hall and noise so loud that I had to sleep in my living room, I was retaliated against with bogus complaint letters that I lock my pets up on the porch and leave them there ( I HAVE A FISH TANK!!!) The immigrants on the first floor leave their pooper scooper and a tied up bag of "something" outside their door on a regular basis. The business center does not exist. Don't plan on using the pool or any of the facilities unless you like unruly, rude, unsupervised, loud screaming children. It's nice to know that I spent $8700 last year to live with ghetto trash.
The new girl in the office is something else. I guess being a 19 year old high school drop out who used to work part time at starbucks is all the qualification you need to be in property management.
