I've lived here for roughly a year and overall think it is a good place to live. The office personnel is friendly and handles any issues I may have. The maintenance staff is the best. They are very timely. The grounds are well kept. The only negatives I've seen are that there is a good number of aggressive breed dogs, which at time can be uncomfortable. Also, there are a little too many kid living here for my taste.
