I lived in a 3 bedroom from 2000-2001 and I have to say that I was thrilled to find out that the same floor plan had gone down in cost by over $100.. My new husband, son and stepdaughter took the first apartment available and absolutely love it hear. This place feels so much like a home rather than an apartment, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, the maintaince people are incredibly helpful with any request and very prompt and sales people are just so nice. The only thing I would advise, if you have kids, get a ground unit (which I had the first time around) because trust me, if you get a second or third floor unit, the people below you will complain about loud stomping and running because for some reason the ceilings seems to be thin, if that makes any sense.. at least compared to all of the other apartments I've lived in. And vice-versa for people without kids. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place... I've lived in over 5 apartment complexes in Raleigh, and this one is my favorite all around. I plan to stay here for a very long time, and the rent is GREAT!!
