Something Smells

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
The guy who used to do the maintenance was Johnny-on-the-spot. The new folk are MIA. I've never seen the trash get so piled up so often. It is an eye-sore and needs to be addressed. The office staff should step up and take care of it if nothing else.

Otherwise the place is fine.
