Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here for most of 2004. It was ok, but the parking sucked and it had a small pool. Bugs weren't an issue, although I did have an issue w/ ants at one point. It was a nice floorplan, good price at the time and I probably only had to place 2 service requests for very minor issues. My car did get broken in to and my neighbor's car got broken in to like 3 times and I also had random people knocking on my door and someone was carving weird stuff on the apt. doors, i thought that was weird. The guy above me was loud, but I've never minded stuff like that. From what i've heard, it has went slightly downhill from when I lived there.
