This place is no deal - don't be fooled by move in specials of $450 - once your lease is up for renewal they will jack up the price to close to $700 per month.

We did not see any increase in our rent, which was nice. However, they put your renewal on your door at 7 pm on Friday night, and expect to have it back to you in 48 hours or your price goes up. I find that to be awful and not good customer service. It leaves you absolutley no time to figure out what you want to do. I have found that the only way this apartment can deal with customers is by putting things on your door or a mean worded flyer and never actually speaking with you. They also make up rules that are not included in your lease agreement. I like my apartment and like living in it, but I would think twice if you are looking for an apartment with good customer service
