I lived at Four Seasons twice. The first time which was several years ago and also this last year. They have went downhill since the first time. Everywhere you turn they have dogs pooping everywhere. The dogs even though they weeded some dogs out, growled a lot and I thought until being there that pitbulls were among those breeds...guess not.
There were several people who grilled out on their patios, which I consider dangerous. There are families that hang up sheets for shower curtains, and leave children's broken toys stretched out on the grounds. People had tendancies of not taking trash to the trash can and leaving it outside the doorways for days on end, leading to bugs....the kind you don't want to see. Parking is terrible on half the property, and traffic can be dangerous around the curves up front. The washroom often had broken washers and dryers in it, and when I said something after a month, they told me no one else reported it...which made me wonder how often they did walk throughs. Somebody in the neighborhood tried to burn one of the stop signs. People often had broke down vehicles with out of date stickers.
In the apartment I had the occasional bug, and when my air went out, I was told it might not be fixed for up to a week because they did not have maintenece employees currently. I guess the staff is treated just as bad as the renters.
During my stay I witnesses at least two violent incidents with other attendants that required the police dept to intervien.
