with breed restrictions (for dogs). I had previously written a positive review, and had moved out to be closer to work. Now I had planned on moving back in this spring, but when I checked their site, they now have breed restrictions. I was so disappointed, I had loved living there and was looking foward to moving back in... too bad that I won't be able to. I am curious if they had a problem, or are under new management, or what caused them to change their rules. When I lived there, I almost never saw any other "aggressive" breed dogs, so I know there weren't even many there to cause a problem!

Hurrah for 4 Seasons putting in some kind of restrictions! I'm sure that breed restriction is just their way to safe guard from potential law suits. For the other tenants the issue was probably not so much the type of breed but the owners letting their dogs poop all over the place and not scooping up after them - it was very smelly & disgusting. Plus a large dog can sound like an elephant to the tenant below but the owners just let them run & jump around and make all kinds of noise and disturb others. Personally I think weight and size of dog would be how I would limit or restrict but I am all for any kind of restiction that limits more dog poop! Hurrah!
