As of June 2008, this complex is under new management. I would have recommended the place to anyone about one month ago, but not now. The fact that they have made several administrative errors to my account is not as much of a problem as they utter rudeness and inconsideration they have shown as I have approached them with these issues. It is strikingly funny that the first review I read when I got on to this site is about administrative errors. That is the very same reason that I am going to write a review. I am a former resident and I never had a complaint on me and paid my rent on time, yet 6 months later I am still fighting with them about bogus rent amounts and utility bills that I do not owe. The office staff was never very swift but it seems that they are also not beneath making up bill charges that they won't or can't produce and then try to collect on them. They have sent me to collections for a rental rate that they pulled out of their, well, rearend to be nice and say I owe them money for utilities. Water was included in the rent when I lived there last year and I paid all my own utilities such as phone, cable and power. All this was shut off in my name on the day I moved out and I have proof. They still to this day will not show me proof of this supposed utility bill I owe. I have turned it over to my lawyer and made a complaint to the better business bureau. They lure you in and then the fangs come out!!
