So after review of a VERY appealing listing for this complex on Craig's List...I decided to check it out....SHOCK!! The place "looks" so nice, the price for a 1 BD advertised is $452!! and it's got a great floorplan. So, I followed up my curiosity with a phone call...and to my surprise the phone rang, and rang and rang...and rang. No answer, no machine to leave a message. Hmmm...that's weird I thought...most apartment communities I've ever tried contacting are top notch; "Maybe this is a fluke, wrong number perhaps'" I thought. But...wait for it....tada! I came across Apartment Ratings and low and behold, I'm not loosing my mind. Yep, that's right folks, even before I could actually SPEAK to someone about an apartment, I was already being ignored. LOL...so I'll have to agree with the general consensus on this board. GOOD THING I READ THE REVIEWS HERE!!!!!! This place sounded low class, and they sure proved it to me.

Wow, you are an idiot!!! you slammed an entire community simply because an answering machine didn't pick up???? Did you maybe dial a wrong number and it's your fault? The service I have received so far is outstanding. I am going to be moving in...answering machine or not does not have anything to do with management.

I am moving in soon too and I've had good service so far as well. There is definitely an answering machine!! I've called up there 3-4 times and gotten it about 75% of the time. When I left a message, I got a call back within about 30 minutes. Maybe it's cause I was a potential new resident but I didn't get that impression. At this point I've already signed, so whatever... all the bad reviews definitely make me nervous... but just as a test I looked up my old apartment complex (which I love and am only moving for cheaper rent). My old apartment also had a 42% user recommendation percent and their overall rating was only 3.2. So I'll hope for the best and thank all the people who post poor reviews... keeping my new rent price down!

Really, I am wondering if this was your first time getting an apartment by yourself, are you used to mommy and daddy doing it for you? Don't you know most people don't feel prompted to get of their lazy butts and write a review until they are pissed! Have yu searched by the places with the highest rated reviews...even they aren't that high...and they tent to be only a few reviewers.
