First let's keep in mind most people only write a review when they are extremely unhappy. I am moving from The Preserve in Briar Creek which is a beautiful place to live (only grips are that it's expensive & lack of parking) which wanted to raise my rent to almost $1000 for a 1 bedroom with no fireplace or patio! Now, I moved into a 1 bedroom with a fireplace, balcony, built in computer desk, and built in vanity/hair station! for 433 with h2o included. I have never had a problem reaching management and maintenance is SUPER fast!

Well that's all very nice for you but keep in mind that the people that already live here are paying $250 more per month for the same apartment. So while that all may be very nice for you it is NOT so nice for the people living here.
