I think that every place is going to have it's issues so it is what it is.
The biggest problem I can say about this spot is the change in office staff.
There is pretty much a constant rotation, every 6 months or so. I must say we have had some staff that were not exactly people pleasers and that some WHO R STILL there do not always tell the truth and r not the nicest people.
However, I do not live in the office and therefore they only affect me, once or twice a month, when I literally have to speak with someone.
The grounds are lovely, it's generally well kept. U can't get anything close to this for the price. I have lived here for 5 years, never had a vehicle broken in to or had my apartment broken in to and I live on the ground floor.
Pet poo is a problem because of lazy tenants anywhere u go, but I can't say that it is a problem here for the most part.
Living under someone can be a pain, but that's part of living in an apartment. Occasionally u're gonna hear some footsteps.
So again it is what it is, a nice place to stay, at a good price, with sucky office staff.
