Great location, lots of traffic noise & bad management

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2007-01-01

Maintenance is slow, management is rude & forgetful not just because they don't followup on promises, get everything from them in writing and keep your paper trail.

The neighbors are great & the apartments are quaint but old.
