Community feel, Good price, Nice apartment

Glenwood Gardens was good to me.

I lived on the 2nd floor apartment for 6 months a few years back but had to relocate because of my job.

While I was there I did have a few maintenance requests but they were taken care of the day after I called them in.

The apartment was a great size for just me and my cat.

It had a washer and dryer unit in the apartment which was convenient.

I didn t really get to know the office staff because I never went there I always called, but it seemed to be efficient because things got done.

I don t have any complaints about the community.

The other residents were nice and it kinda seemed like a nice friendly neighborhood because people would say hi, and wave and act friendly to each other.

No one seemed to bother anyone else.

As far as the noise from the traffic, there is going to be a bit because you are downtown but it was not anything overbearing or horrid.

I would recommend the apartments to a friend.

I enjoyed my stay and would still be there if I still lived in the area.

I didn t experience any of the things the other people were complaining about.
