So I guess that I would overall say that this apartment complex has been the worst living situation I have ever lived in. They never let you see the apartment that you will be moving into until you have already signed the literally 35 page lease. The lease, since there are so many details, is painfully boring to read and has many sketchy details they never tell you until a problem comes up. Also they never let you take a copy of the lease home. You must read and sign all in one sitting in the office. That got me in a lot of trouble the dates listed on the lease were different from what I asked for and what they told me I would be paying for. Theres mold in the apartment so bad that no friends, including my fiance could ever come over without leaving with a sinus infection. I felt unsafe walking from my car through the horribly lit parking lot to my front door. Its the perfect crime scene. I DO NOT recomend any girls live here EVER. The maintenance is slow on just about every thing. They tell you that there are certain emergenies they will attend to immediately but they are really just lying. After my roommate and I bought close to $100 of food the refridgerator broke and all of the food spoiled because they didn't tend to this emergency in a timely manner like they said they would. I had to hassle them for a few days just to get them to come out. There was a leak from the upper floor that has never gone away that has caused a bad mold problem that they would never fix. The kitchen, dining and bathroom ceilings all leak on random occasion damaging lots of stuff and they made ME deal with it. I am currently paying rent but not living there because trying to break the lease is totally out of the question. Somewhere in the 35 page lease they might have mention that breaking a lease will take you deposit away as well as go on your credit. The staff are never helpful because they never really know what is going on. So you should look else where if you want a pleasurable experience.
