This has to be the worst place I've ever lived. If you are scared of bugs, STAY AWAY! Before I moved here they would not let me see the apartment, but claimed it would be clean and bug free upon move in. When I got here I felt like all I did was stand with my shoe in my hand and kill roaches. YES....ROACHES!!! Tina in the office tried telling me they were water bugs. So, I caught one and showed it to the orkin man. He said it was definately roaches. He also explained to me they are very hard to get rid of. They can make anything into food, and will just go to the next apartment if you try to get rid of them. Then...when your neighbor tries they'll just move back into yours.
And maintenance.......Well if you have an emergency, just expect them to come about 3 days from when you call. Or to get an excuse....like a 10 lb. baby. Yes, one told me his wife had a baby. When i stopped into the office about a month later I asked how was his baby, to find out it was all a lie.....come on now people!!!
I just cannot ever reccomend this place!

I wrote this and now that there is new management I take everything horrible that I said back. I would recommend anyone to live here.
