Gorman Crossings Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   I have lived here for a while, and seen many changes in the office staff and workers. The ladies in the office are (for the most part) rude and unprofessional. God-forbid you are in the office with a lot of other people, you will never know who works in there because they are all dressed way too casual. I have heard the ladies talking about other tennants when I am in there...very unprofessional. It takes FOREVER to get things fixed, and when they do fix it, it probably won't be done right, and someone will have to come back again. Apparently the owner is very cheap and doesn't want to hire people to fix things correctly the first time (heard this from the ladies in the office also). So, overall, don't count on great things from this complex. It is cheap to live here, but customer service isn't their specialty.
