WTF! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Jesus! What really makes me sick is that I have neighbors that dont clean their dishes (which causes rats and bugs)and think it is funny and name the damn rats. Yes, there are problems, but every freaking place has problems. Plus if u have such a problem with the place why do most people renew their lease. Probably because their drunk asses get kicked out of everyplace other else. I am tired of having to stay up all night because the music next door is soo loud. But I dont complain, because it is college housing. This is a college town, what do you expect. The ladies in the office have always been nothing but nice and helpful to me. I even had one had one stop by to make sure that we had everything we needed when we first moved in. As for the parking, uuuuhh quit inviting so many damn people over. I also live with two other people and we have all gotten the parking passes. No problems here. As for the lease, it was two pages long (not 35). Overall: - u get what u pay for - if ur nasty ur gonna have nasty critters and -if u are rude, people are gonna be rude back to u GET OVER YOURSELVES AND GROW UP OR MAKE SOME MONEY TO MOVE SOMEWHERE NICER.
