DO NOT LIVE HERE

This place is a serious slum. I have lived here for a year and my roommates and I can't wait to leave. The walls are very thin so you can hear ever step the people upstairs make, talking and music from you neighbors and all sorts of other noise. It is a college apartment so you have to deal with someone having a party at least 3 times a week in which there is serious vandalism, beer cans and bottles all over the grounds, and simply a run down look. For example, since I've lived here the partiers have smeared uncooked hamburgers all over the walls, burnt and wrote on the walls, ripped down hand rails and signs throwing them in the walkways, and also breaking the fire extinguesher housings and sprayed everything down w/ them. If you do live here don't plan on falling asleep until about 3 or 4 in the morning due to the loud music and once again, partiers. Also, if you have a car, go ahead and plan on having to park at another apartment complex b/c its not going to happen here. Also, have a lawyer present when you sign your lease b/c the office people are going to try to get as much money from you as possible (hidden fees, charges, etc...). Also, w/ all the trash left out in the walkways from the parties (signs, hamburgers, cigarettes, beer cans, etc.) dont plan on management to clean it up. They wont. Lastly, this is not a safe area. I can't count all the times homeless people have come up to me when I walk out of my apartment to my car asking me for money or to drive them to the store so they can buy alcohol. This is the worst place I have ever lived and you will hate yourself for signing the lease if you do. Management may seem nice, but their just trying to get your money. If you're a college student or just looking for a deal, i have found many places around NCSU for $100 - $150 cheaper and are 100times better than this slum.
