It a college apartment and works great for college students. everyone has these huge expectations of apartment complexes and well they are college living nothing is going to be drop down amazing. But I can tell you one thing about living here maintence fixes everything I have a problem with within two days. The people that work in the office always work with me with rent payments if i am late and try to accomidate us in anyway they can and are always excited to see us at the office. people have to realize how much real estate peopl ehave to put up with and deal with so many terrible residents that thi sis one place that tries there best. mistakes of course they happen but they do everything to make it right or up to you. I guess i am kind of partial though I worked in the apartment business before I moved to NCState and know how much these people do bust ass. Gorman Street is a great place to live for student right out of the dorms... great location, people living beside you just like you and very spacious as far as living room and bedroom size goes.
