Decent place for the money and location

I lived in 1701 Gorman Street Village a couple of years ago and overall had a great experience. Yes, the parking is pretty bad for that side, and yes you have to park in Parkwood Village if you can't find a spot, but I had no issues with that. The apartment itself was great- nice size bedrooms, individual bathrooms, "hardwoods" in the kitchen, big living room, and full size washer/dryer. Living on the Gorman Street side wasn't terrible, the noise really wasn't that bad and you get used to it anyway. The carpet was pretty crappy though. We had a lot of problems with our AC unit and had maintenance out countless times to try to fix it but it never really got fixed completely- we'd have to call again within 2 days. The location is perfect since you're right on the wolfline. Visitor parking is out on Gorman Street and can fill up quickly, especially on weekends. It's a college complex in a good location for a great price, so I was pretty satisfied.
