I have to say I was impressed with this complex when I moved in! But within a year, they decided to change management and it's gone straight down from there! The turn over rate is absolutely sky rocketing...they've even run off some of their grounds keepers! I discovered I'm paying about $100 more than my neighbor for the SAME apartment!!! Highway robbery! Management NEVER returns phone calls, they never feel anything is a priority and when I went to the top (property management), they were the same way!

My neighbor had a major flood in her apartment, causing ALL carpet to be replaced, and the complex didn't really care or go out of their way to help her! In fact, when she was complaining to management about how she's being treated, they sarcastically used my name because I've made complaints about lights being out etc! (HIGHLY unprofessional in my opinion) I dont' think I've come across anyone who actually likes it here! My list of complaints is endless and I would NOT recommend living here for anything! Live in a hotel first, you'll be treated better! There are four empty apartments in my bldg alone, one of which has been empty since last August! You'd think they'd try to keep their current residents happy, but they absolutely do not! They try to be nice and impress you in the beginning, but then they turn into complete RUDENESS!

When lights are burned out, they take forever to replace! And they claimed to have hired a security guard to walk the premises once a week to keep an eye and spot burned out lights, etc. Funny thing is, there are burned out lights everywhere AND no one seems to have ever seen such a security guard on the property!

Safety is very much an issue here as I"ve had to install my own alarm system!

My advice, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
