Governors Point has been one of the most quiet places I have ever lived. There are so many trees, it feels like you are living far away from the city, especially with the beautiful lake. The staff does more for it's residents than any other community I have lived or any of my friends. (Monthly barbecues, residents clubs, socials, etc.) The service is good from both management and the maintenance team. I recently had a problem and the office handled it immediately solving the situation. Management also keeps the property looking its best and are continuously doing things to improve the community - right now they are painting the community and we just got new pool furniture. I have been living here for over 8 years!!!!!!
