Been living at Governors Point for over two years. Just renewed my lease - everyone here is very personable. I like my neighbors and even the office and maintenance staff are very friendly. The lake is definitely an added bonus to living here and all the trees make the property feel very much at home. I recommend living here if you need an apartment.
