I've had too many problems living in this apartment, the insulation is horrible and it makes the electricity bill very high each month. The management team is not helpful and the maintanence staff is worthless. I want nothing more than to get out of this apartment, but have to pay too much for breaking the lease. What happened to the once a month drive by breakfast and the trash pick ups' I've lived here for over a year and have yet to see either. Too many problems with pool too, wouldn't swim in it if I had to. I don't recommend living here unless you just want a cheap old place to live and can put up with all the mess that goes on. Also, if you do have a problem plan on waiting a while for a response and they do give keys out to contractors that do not work for maintanence and they will enter apartment without a person of management even if you ask them not to.
