I've only lived here for 3 months and they've already replaced the plumbing (caused a mess of my apartment and had me move everything in the kitchen and bathrooms) yet won't give me a pro-rated rent for my troubles. Circuits trip frequently, ceiling leaks and flooring is coming apart in every room. Cheap, cheap, cheap, but crappy, crappy, crappy. The price and lake are the only two good things about Governor's Point. I'd pay the $30-$50 more to live in Cumberland Cove.
