This community isn't all that it is cracked up to be. the comments are right and, the management team can be unprofessional in the way they handle residents. The are getting better and positive change is always good. The plumbing has had its problems but they are trying to get it all worked out to make the community better. I have had my own disputes with management, but I've come to know that you are not always going to agree with everyone; the best way to evaluate the community would be to meat the management yourslef and look at the property. Ask the management directly about the plumbing problem and whats being done to fix it--see if they even acknowledge a problem.
