We paid extremely high winter month bills for electric, as there is NO insulation. Thought we'd get a break in the Summer, but with the small A/C units, our apartment was unable to keep cool (avg. temp 90 degrees) and the unit working all the time, our bills were large then, too.OFfice staff is great, very helpful, but you're better off getting into a newer complex. The upside is living on Lake Lynn and the trails around it.....great incentive to get out and exercise, meet and see lots of people, enjoy the "wildlife" aroudn the lake.
