New Management leaves a lot to be desired...

I have lived in Governor's Point for almost two years. I loved my first year and found the management to be courteous and responsive. I found the tenants to be respectful and the complex to be well-maintained and welcoming.
However, since Northland has taken over, the office staff is rude most of the time, they have poor customer service skills, the folks who mow the grass leave it so long it needs to be cut in 2-3 days, kids are playing in the parking lots with their skateboards and rollerblades and fly out into oncoming traffic frequently, many of the tenants don't clean up after their dogs, MANY dogs are off leash frequently, and I had one noise complaint made against me and received an EXTREMELY harsh sounding note on my door, though once I was made aware of the situation, it was resolved immediately. I received a note to renew my lease at the current rent and then 2 weeks later they said it's going up $40!!!! I miss the old management!!! I will be moving at the end of my lease.
