Roaches, digusting

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I live at GP for 3 yrs. The 1st two years were in a 1 brm and last yr was 2bdrm/ 2 bath. I thought the prices were decent, however very disturbed about the number of roaches that used to crawl outside the apartment and if outside I knew they had to be lurking inside. My light bill hit $263 for a 1 bdrm apartment in the winter. Management never fixed it or acknowlegded it.
Also when i left governor's point when buying a house they lost my 60 days notice and ended up making me pay for a full month's rent when I would not be there. They weren't professional at all
