I've lived here for just 2 months... so nothing extreme has happened to me yet. This is my first time living away from home, and it suits me just fine. The building I live in is fairly quiet.. I didnt expect it to be too quiet because no matter what apartment you live in you will hear your neighbors sometime or another. The grounds are kept up nice. I see the maintance crew always working on things around the site. The management is very nice to me. I really enjoy the location being right next to Lake Lynn. I like GP so far, I mean if your looking for a Luxury Apt., maybe its not for you, but for a nice reasonably proced apartment it will do.
