Save yourself the trouble and DONT rent from Governor's Point. I have never seen a more unorganized group of people in my life. I currently rent the 2 bedroom loft apartment, which I regret, as the electric bill for this apartment is outrageously HIGH. The cheapest electric bill i have ever had here was $95 and the highest was my most current bill and that was $270. The treadmill in the "gym" has been broken since April and they dont want to spend the money to fix it. CHEAP!!! The office staff never seem to know what's going on, especially BARBARA. This chick is so lost in space that I think her head got swallowed by a black hole. They have YET to change out the filters in the heating/AC unit
