Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived in Governors Point Apartments, which I thought in the beginning was a very nice community, however, I was a single person living in a one bdrm unit and rarely home. My electric bill was over 200 a month considerably more than my utility bill that I had when living in a three bdrm home. When I moved, my nephew had made an ink spot in the carpet, instead of them trying to remove the spot, they charged me for New Carpet!!!!!! Trust me when I say that this "SPOT" could have been removed, they argued with me about not being able to get it out, I'm sure they never tried. I would not recommend that anyone move there, because you will be surprised that it is not what it seems.
