We have lived at Governors Point for 8 months now and have signed another 1 year lease. I do agree with others that the office staff (BARBARA) are up in the clouds and have no idea what is going on but maintenance issues are taken care of when called. I have a 3 yr old son and am worried about security in an apartment but at this apartment i dont have to worry about it. our hotel latch was broken and then came in that day to fix it. we have met most of our neighbors and everybody is very friendly. The outside of the buildings could use a little more work but its not threatening to anyones health. over-all the price and living is very reasonable and i'v enjoyed it imensly.

I really do think that Governors Point is a great place to live. It resonable as far as the prices. However mentioning office staff names is unnecessary. Some people need to grow up and appreciate people for who they are.
