I've read all the reviews about GP and it sounds to me like a couple of bitter people who had bad experiences probably due to their own negligence, are the ones posting here. I've lived in GP for about a year and I have had no problems. My a/c broke in June and maintenance came that day to fix it. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. When the woman was robbed on the lake GP posted flyer's on all the mailbox stops warning the residents about it with a full description of the perp. Overall I enjoy living here. Maybe it seems so much better to me because I moved from Mission Millbrook to here but either way it's a nice place to live.

I've live here at GP for 11 months now and it has been great. It is a quiet place and very relaxing. There are no signs of any bugs. I called maintenance because my shower knob was broken and they came the same day to fix it.....they gave me a courtesy call to make sure it was properly fixed and that I was satisfied. Living there is fantastic!

Am looking into moving here and your reveiw is helpfull. It's funny how you said you just moved from Mission Millbrook I was about to get a apt there but then I saw my apt for the first time. Make a long stoy short am getting a refund on from my apt.
