Moved here like 3 years ago. The rent has gone from 625 to 750. It goes up everytime the lease ends. They just ended their pay online website. Now you have to take a check to the office and hope the ----- is in there. Is this the ------- 80's' Do not recommend.

The online payment is still available. The only difference is that if you use credit card/debit card, there will be a charge. If you use your checking account information, you can most certainly use this method of payment for no extra charge. I don't know where this person got his/her information, but a letter went out recently to all tenants advising us of this change.
I also moved here about 3 years ago, and am generally pleased with the community and management. I am happy to say that my rent has been increased only once. I don't know of any apartment community that doesn't raise their rent every year or two, unfortunately.
