governors point is by far the best apartment i have lived.I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and i have lived here for 3 yrs ,it measure 1093 sq. ft ,not bad for an apartment and it has walk in closets. the bedroom for the 2 b 2 bath layout measures 13 X 11.5 which is bigger compared to the bedrooms that u'll get when u buy a new single family home..most homes only have 10 X 11 bedroom. the kitchen is bigger compared to our first apartment and the best part is most of the apartments here have trees in the backyard so that you can enjoy your privacy without worrying about other people seeing you from ur window. Also the trees provide shades during the summer which makes it cooler on hot summer days. We used to live in another apartment down the street which looks nicer outside but it sucks in the side, sure it's a lot newer a lot more expensive too and during the summer days it gets so hot and in the winter it gets too cold and it doesn't have the trees like governor's point do. Governor's point doesnt look great outside but the inside really is better than the other apartments. Also the price is not bad at all.All apartments prices goes up, at least governor's point has the decency to give at least 3 months notice, other apartments will only give you 1 month notice which is not enough time to find another apartment much more not enough time to make up ur mind,it's like setting u up so ull be stuck living in their apartments .I have never heard of any breaking or entering nor cars stolen at governors point.Best part there's lake lynn at a walking distance, they also have a tennis court.for more information visit this http://www.governorspointapts.com/s/homepage and probably best for you to see it in person. they have pictures of the layout.

I agree. We've lived here for three and a half years. If there's something that needs repairing, we pick up the phone and it's taken care of that day. We know the staff by name and they always have a smile and a wave.

Thanks so much for the info. The first couple of reviews I read scared me, and I felt I had made a horrible decision. I just recently signed a lease there, but haven't moved in yet. Im relocating, and I didn't have much time to visit and compare other properties. This one had everything I was looking for as far as the space of a 2bdr, and the price is wonderful. Im paying close to the same amt for a one bedroom in FL. The area and staff seemed nice. The positive comments have really helped me to feel more at ease about my decision, thanks!
