Loose your deposit very easily

I lived 3 years in a 1 bedroom apartment. The heat/AC units are so old that they consume too much power. My power bill there for a one bedroom apartment was more than the average 3 bedroom home in Raleigh. They charged me 12 days rent (by making me leave 12 days prior to the start of the new lease) to clean the apartment for a new tenant and then charged me an additional $100 for miscellaneous cleaning. RENTER BE WARE!!!!! THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! YOU MAY AS WELL KISS IT GOOD BYE AS THEY DIDN"T EVEN GIVE ME BACK THE REST OF MY DEPOSIT AS PROMISED!!!!!!
