Governor's Point on the decline

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I have lived at Governor's Point nearly 4 years. Since I moved in, the office staff has changed a bit. The water has been turned off 3 times (for entire days - came on after 11pm on 8/17) in the past 2 weeks with notes on the door that say "water emergency, don't call the office". I have seen lower level apartments flood in heavy rain. The gutters are full of pine straw causing water to pour back against the (rotten) wood siding, the wooden steps are loose, double pane windows are so fogged up you can't see out of them, the stair wells are covered in cobwebs and my stairwell lights have been out for months. The noise level between units is pretty bad... and my rent has gone up MORE than $100 in the past 4 years. If I were a new renter, my rent would be less than if I remained a loyal tenant. How many cop cars patrol through here each night' You don't know if it is for our protection or if they are looking for someone. I've heard gunshots a few times and sat on my balcony the other day and watched a car pull up right in front of me and sell drugs to a tenant in the next stairwell. So, when my lease ends in November, I would rather live in my car than stay.
