It has been overall good. There are issues that need cleaning all over the site. The laundry room and the staircases are filthy. Plus lighting is poor on in parking lot. There is also a problem with squirrels getting the ceilings year round.

    Very good, I never had 1 problem here . The neighbors are great we have never had a problem with any. I just wish the pool ready by labor day weekend. The maintenance man are very very nice and respectable.

      This is apptment is nice but there's one of my neighbor is in -----, he is not good,he makes all people tobe unsafe, he always breaks our windows and destroy our has metal for knocking our door during night.

                This place sucks and is horrible. Bugs you have to stay on top of them to have terminex come Out so the bugs wont come out. ! Grounds are filthy!! Building is old and maintenance are lazy as hell. Half --- everything..

                      Water is included. Quiet neighborhood. Great access to highway, parks, shopping and downtown/nightlife. So far great rental rates for the amount of space provided. Love going to the pool on the summer. Pool would be better if it were saltwater pool.
