THIS apartment complex is very beautiful from a looking point of view. I too was suckered into this candy coated hell hole. Upon moving in, the garbage diposal was already broken, I made five requests to the office staff to correct the problem but it remained broken for four weeks. In addition, the filter appears about 5 years old and the vents are extremely filthy, the stench that comes from the laudry room reminds me of the aroma of death, the drains in the laundry room are so backed up that it is impossible to wash without being up to the ankles in black back wash water. This complex is my worst nightmare turn real, I am very disappointed at this apartment complex, this is suppose to be my home but I dont even want to come here after a long day at work.

Wow! I really thought I was the only tenant who acts as if they have standards to live by. It seems not enough people are complaining "to management," which is why they respond like molasses. Then they have some group called the recovery team,(which I still havent figured out what the hell they do), that is up early in the mornings when I leave for work riding in their lil carts. I to have asked Deborah about when access to the pool and weight room would be open because my two young kids are getting restless playing on the property. I was told 7weeks ago they were waiting on inspection so we have to attend my fiancee's complex to swim and workout. This is crazy beause EVERYONES! pool is open. My laundry facility was flooded for a while, then it was fixed, then flooded again. I just wash at my fiancee's house to avoid getting the run around and Im tired of walking back up to my place with black wet shoe laces that dirty my carpet. I cannot wait till my lease is up so I can hit the highway>>>
