Good things: New appliances, carpet, and paint. 5x20 balacony Quiet Security Alarm and panic button Ample Parking Cheap deposit Friendly staff 800 sq. feet Lots of closet space Plenty of outlets Special Rent price-545 for lease term The only bad thing that I can think of is the traffic during the commute to school
